Corporate Social Responsibility
We established The Andover Companies Charitable Foundation to enhance our commitment to impactful philanthropy by supporting vital community initiatives, partnering with local nonprofits, and funding projects that drive meaningful change.

Purpose Driven
The Andover Companies is proud to be verified as a BBB4Good Business by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB4Good program recognizes purpose-driven companies dedicated to ethical practices and community engagement, showcasing our commitment to integrity and social responsibility. This verification reflects our ongoing efforts to make a meaningful difference in our community.
Community Collaboration
We partner with Building Impact, a mission-driven nonprofit connecting businesses to impactful local volunteer opportunities. This collaboration enables us to design meaningful, hands-on volunteer programs nationwide for employees and agency partners, making a lasting, positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
Supporting Public Safety
The Massachusetts State Police Fire & Explosives Investigation Unit is a vital resource for our community. We are proud to support their work through the K-9 sponsorship program, funding the education of two young recruits: Andy, a yellow Labrador Retriever, and TAC, a black Labrador Retriever. Andy, a certified Ignitable Liquid Detection K-9 (AK9), and TAC, a trained Explosive Detection K-9 (EK9), work closely with their respective handlers, Trooper Nicholas Pike and Trooper David Gil, to enhance public safety throughout the Commonwealth using their powerful noses and critical investigative techniques.
The Andover Companies has been an outstanding philanthropic partner over the years, supporting our mission through both generous financial contributions and dedicated volunteerism. Their employees consistently step up—helping at our local mobile markets and partnering with our Meals on Wheels program. Their unwavering commitment to the community means so much. Our sincere thanks from all of us at AgeSpan, and on behalf of the older adults and caregivers we are privileged to serve.
I love participating in The Andover Companies’ volunteer efforts. Not only does it give me the opportunity to connect with others in the company that I do not often interact with, but it creates excitement to work together to accomplish a goal that in the end brings positive impact to others in our community.
I’m grateful that we get so many opportunities to not only give back to charities that are important to us personally but are also vital to the town of Andover. Working for The Andover Companies comes with many great benefits, and the opportunity to give back and champion our core values is, for me, paramount.
The Andover Companies and their incredible team are true champions of Northeast Arc’s mission! They don’t just support us—they roll up their sleeves and join in. From volunteering at fundraising events to forming spirited teams for the 5K Run for Inclusion, and even welcoming our parcels gift shop into their space for community shopping, their commitment to making a more inclusive world truly shines.
Cape Ann Animal Aid has been thrilled to work with The Andover Companies’ team of animal lovers! We are so thankful for the support from donation drives, meet and greet events, and sponsorships that have helped us care for over 1,000 animals every year at our Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter. This support means that more bellies are full, more beds are warm, and more families have a furry family member by their side this year.
One of the great ironies in life is the immense benefit we receive from being of service to others.
