The Claims Examiner's primary responsibilities include the supervision and technical analysis of Property and/or Liability Claims arising out of homeowner, landlord and businessowner insurance policies issued by The Andover Companies. The Claims Examiner directs all phases of claim file adjustment including, but not limited to, coverage and damage determination, damage evaluation, settlement, and legal defense. The role involves examining property and/or liability claims to ensure that proper guidelines and processes have been followed. By effectively managing independent adjusters, defense firms and claim experts, the Claims Examiner provides superior claims support and customer service to independent agents and policyholders.Apply Now
