Our History
In 1884, Lynam became a partner of the newly established Grant/Lynam Company, which provided insurance and real estate services to the growing community. The Grant/Lynam Company eventually became the Fred C. Lynam Company.

The company’s primary focus was on the real estate and rental business, catering to the growing summer visitor population. The Second World War increased the public’s awareness of the need to financially protect their property, and the insurance part of the company began to grow.
