Purpose Driven

Community Collaboration
We partner with Building Impact, a mission-driven nonprofit connecting businesses to impactful local volunteer opportunities. This collaboration enables us to design meaningful, hands-on volunteer programs nationwide for employees and agency partners, making a lasting, positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
Supporting Public Safety
The Massachusetts State Police Fire & Explosives Investigation Unit is a vital resource for our community. We are proud to support their work through the K-9 sponsorship program, funding the training of one of their newest recruits, TAC, a black Labrador Retriever and trained Explosive Detection K-9. TAC and his handler, Trooper David Gil, work throughout the Commonwealth, enhancing public safety through critical investigative tasks.
We are exceptionally grateful for our frequent volunteers from The Andover Companies, as they are reliable, flexible, and highly efficient. Even more importantly, they are personally engaged and serve our guests compassionately with their whole hearts. Our Andover Companies volunteers are part of the Lazarus House family!
The valuable time donated by The Andover Companies volunteers helps us deliver the excellent programming that is so impactful in the greater Lawrence community. Whether providing assistance in our homework help room or volunteering at our special holiday celebrations and banquets, your efforts make a difference in the lives of many deserving kids. Your enthusiasm and caring are what help set us apart from other after-school programs.
We are so proud to be a charitable partner with The Andover Companies. Alzheimer’s and other dementias impact the whole family, and the Alzheimer’s Association is dedicated to supporting all those impacted by offering care and support services. Our mission is made possible through the company support from The Andover Companies and its passionate staff members who participate in our yearly Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Care Dimensions has been so impressed with the folks from The Andover Companies who have volunteered with us. The volunteers are eager to help and very enthusiastic.
The Andover Companies’ support of Youth Villages’ personal care kit drive has provided essential items to young adults in need, and their involvement in our Backpack Heroes drive has helped countless children start their school year with confidence and all the necessary supplies. They are true Champions for Children, and we’re grateful for their unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
You sent a great team over to the MSPCA! They were engaged, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. Our Community Outreach staff would welcome them back for another pantry clean-out any time.
I have volunteered for the Clean River Project (CRP) on many occasions. The teamwork of colleagues and the staff of CRP works like a well-oiled machine picking trash out of the Merrimack River. I get much satisfaction from volunteering for this organization, knowing that one less trash item could flow into the ocean.
I love working with my coworkers on different projects that have a more hands-on impact, and I really appreciate that our company has built volunteering into its culture, giving us so many opportunities to get involved.
