The company was founded when David Morse and John Lowndes merged to form the Lowndes-Morse Agency. With time, David renamed his company Morse Insurance Agency to reflect its evolution into a family-owned and -operated business.

David’s three sons bought the agency in 2004. Together, they continue to build on the strong reputation and legacy their father created.
